Therapists needed will usually depend on total event time, the number of massages and your budget. If you only have a 2-hour time frame but want to provide 8 people with a 30 minute massage per person, you will need two therapists to accomplish this job within the allotted time. A good way to cut costs is to invite a single therapist rather than several. It takes twice as long for a single therapist to accomplish the job. Maximum time you can book a single therapist for is 6 hours. If more time is needed, you must book with a second or even third therapist, depending on your event requirements.
First, figure out how many employees will participate.
Next you must decide how long of a massage each employee will receive. If you have 6 employees and would like to gift them each a 45 minute massage, the total minutes needed would be 270 minutes.
4 employees x 45 minutes = 270 minutes.
The second step is to figure out if you have 270 minutes (4.5 hours) to spare for the total event. If you need the event completed within a 3 hour time frame, you will need to book 2 massage therapists for this event.
Our massage prices are calculated to compensate the therapist for travel time and costs, set up, break down, clean up, working time. If you wish to provide additional gratuity, you are welcome to do so. It is your responsibility to give therapists the detailed parking instructions during booking and reimburse any parking fees acquired. We recommend you include these fees up-front during booking.
Therapists bring all the necessary portable equipment and tools to complete the work requested by your company.

We offer 4 basic set up options. Chair massage is quick to set up and requires little space. Fully clothed table massage, if the space allows. Desk-to-desk massage if you do not wish for employees to take time out of their work day. Unclothed table massage for the full spa-like experience.
We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. All credit card payments are processed via PayPal's secure payment gateway. Massaology will provide you with a receipt of all services rendered.
You are welcome to charge your employees/attendees a fee for receiving an in-office massage.
